Join us to celebrate Mid Summer with the ultimate sound meditation and healing session: An All Night Gong Puja
Who are we?
All Night Gong is formed of a group of experienced sound healers and gong players that have come together to create the ultimate night of magic.
Why attend?
For relaxation
Letting go of the old
Integrating the new
General expansion of consciousness and new possibilities
Cleanses, clears and recalibrates.
What is sound healing?
Playing the gongs is an efficient and proven method that uses vibrational sound to:
Help reduce stress
Assist consciousness
Create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health
It helps to facilitate alpha and theta brainwave states, which have been discovered in people who regularly meditate. It is these brainwaves that stimulate the body’s innate healing abilities.
Why a Gong Puja?
The Gong Puja is a very special experience lasting 7 ½ hours, which is the equivalent of ten 45-minute Gong Baths.
Receiving ten gong baths consecutively has profound healing properties to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Join us:
Once you arrive, you will set up your bed for the night. We will then begin the evening by welcoming you all and explaining the plan.
The night will include:
Gentle body flow movement to prepare the body and mind
A sacred cacao ceremony to open the heart and set intentions or manifestations
A guided meditation and deep breathing to help you settle
7 ½ hours of continuous gentle gong playing as you rest
After the session, you will be woken by the soft sounds of crystal bowls and chimes. You'll rise at your own pace, gently returning to reality.
We will enjoy some herbal tea and fruit together while reflecting before you depart.
